Recognition & Awards
Kolbe Prison Ministries strives to help the inmates it serves as if we were ministering to Jesus Christ himself. Our volunteers humble themselves and demonstrate to the inmate retreatants what servant leadership looks like. The care, compassion and diligence flows through the entire organization.
KPM is listed in the Official Catholic Directory as an asterisked organization under the vigilance of the Archdiocese of San Antonio (see: Letter from Office of Chancellor of the Archdiocese of San Antonio dated August 29, 2022).
KPM has received recognition and awards from other nonprofit rating organizations but our greatest honors come from the inmates themselves, in the changing of their lives, and occasionally from a handmade award or banner like that below.
